Small Town Secrets is about leadership, but it is also about tolerance and cooperation, its about a community working together to live peacefully, supporting everyone equally and not allowing personal; differences or racial prejudices to get in the way of working together for justice and harmony. When Chaneeta Morgan Bailey, owner of The Golden Kettle Café and rival Olga Corn, Owner and Editor in Chief of The Daily Nettle Newspaper, vie for the position of Town Chairperson, Chaneeta wins. Olga goes out of her way to find method and means to unseat Chaneeta, but she isnt the only evil force working against Chaneeta in Nettlesville.
